Remote Work Support

Rapid Growth in Teleworking

Due to the recent corona pandemic, companies have been forced to place restrictions on employees coming in to work. The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan recommends teleworking as an effective means of combating infectious diseases, and is promoting telework as a means for companies to reduce the risk of infection during emergencies, secure excellent human resources, and continue employment, and as a benefit to workers to reduce the burden of commuting and improve work efficiency.

Future Challenges

Though telework is on the rise, many operational issues have yet to be resolved, many documents are still processed with paper, and only very specific tasks can be allocated to those who work from home. The impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is global and long-term, and there is a possibility that this system of BCP, which is designed for earthquakes and other wide-area disasters, may not be able to cope with the current situation.

As such, we must create new BCP systems that can solve issues related to telework while bearing the pandemic in mind.

Supporting work style reform from a workflow perspective!

An important factor in remote work is to create an environment that expands job opportunities, allows employees to fully demonstrate their ambition and abilities, but can also increase productivity through investment and innovation. We can solve the problem of paper-based work at home if documents can be switched directly to web-based input, but first we must address the following points.

POINT 1
Paper Digitization
POINT 2
Introducing Workflow
POINT 3
Skill-lessness
POINT 4
Achieving Accuracy and Efficiency

Normally, a comprehensive solution to these issues requires the construction of a large-scale system for some cases, however, at Primagest, we can develop and introduce a simplified system in a short period of time and solve issues by focusing on the especially important 'workflow' points. Building a home processing infrastructure for paperwork is an effective countermeasure for pandemics such as COVID-19 and companies should hedge against pandemic risks by establishing basic home processing infrastructure as opposed to making large investments into such systems. Additionally, we provide services to reduce administrative costs and create a 'new normal' by expanding home processing infrastructure functions and permeating these systems within the company.
