The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan recommends teleworking as an effective means of combating infectious diseases, and is promoting telework as a means for companies to reduce the risk of infection during emergencies, secure excellent human resources, and continue employment, and as a benefit to workers to reduce the burden of commuting and improve work efficiency.

Future Challenges
