Initiatives to Promote DX at Businesses
(Implementing a paperless system using the latest technology)
In the coming DX (Digital Transformation) era, the amount of digital data will increase significantly due to the use of smartphones and tablets, in addition to digital data from scanned paper forms and documents.
We are working to achieve a wider range of automation and a higher level of efficiency for this data through the addition of new technologies such as AI-OCR, RPA and cloud computing. We believe we can increase operational efficiency by understanding the limitations as well as the potential of these rapidly evolving technologies.
We developed unique industry know-how and established a proven track record while working in our core business of clean data creation (the digitization and inspection of various slips and forms), and now offer a one-stop shop for BPO service needs starting with administrative consulting through to systems development.
Going forward, we will provide services based on the basic functions we offer that create considerable added value by linking cloud computing with external services and systems.
DX Business Promotion Strategy: Drive DX
- 1.Reform our business model in order to respond to our customers' DX initiatives.
→Establish a service delivery system in line with the transformation of customers' business and profit structure.
(1)Improve QCD by promoting the modernization of SI development, strengthening price competitiveness through standardization, and coordinating with cloud services.
(2)Develop a platform that enables rapid provision of our software suite of business application services, which is one of our strengths. - 2.Provide new DX solutions to customers.
→Promote intelligent automation with a focus on AI.
(1)Practical application and business development of new DX-related (AI image processing/multi-ICR/cloud services) solutions.
(2)Establish Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) BPO services to upgrade and automate all office administration processes, including forms and other paperwork. - 3.To promote the aforementioned, we will designate a corporate-wide Drive DX strategy, assign an owner to each theme, and establish a management system. We will establish quarterly checkpoints and implement a PDCA cycle to increase motivation.
- 4.Listen to customers, from senior management to essential workers, and contribute to problem solving and reform through IT.
Strengthen Internal Systems and External Collaboration
- 1.Participation in the Digital Trust Council
As members of the Digital Trust Council, we aim encourage companies and organizations in different fields and industries to work together to create a more trustworthy digital society, which is the basis for the creation of new innovations. As an official member, we will strengthen cooperation with external parties. - 2.Strengthen Education and Training systems
We will implement training programs for technical and specialized skills by job category to improve the skills of in-house technicians and advance DX. Additionally, we will strengthen distance learning programs and qualification acquisition incentive programs to encourage self-improvement.
