Policy Regarding Antisocial Forces

We hereby declare our policy for dealing with antisocial forces to maintain public trust and ensure decency and honesty throughout our operations.

1.

We will not engage in any transactions or have any relationship with antisocial forces. Under no circumstances shall we provide any financial or other economic benefits to any person associated with antisocial forces.
2.

Should we have any contact with antisocial forces, our Company shall follow the usual course of action and work closely with the police and other external specialist organizations.
3.

We shall resolutely reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces. In addition, our Company shall take organized measures to ensure the safety of all employees. We will take legal countermeasures through civil lawsuits and will not hesitate to respond to criminal cases by filing damage reports or complaints.
4.

We shall exercise the utmost care in investigating business partners and other parties. In the unlikely event that we unknowingly develop any kind of relationship with antisocial forces, we will promptly terminate the relationship upon discovery.
5.

Should antisocial forces make unjust demands based on misconduct in our business activities or the misconduct of our employees, we will never engage in transactions to cover up this misconduct.
