Action Plan Based on the Act on Women’s Advancement in the Workplace
The following action plan shall be developed to create an employment environment in which women play an active role.

GoalReduce overtime work (average of less than 15 hours/month) as part of efforts to create a working environment that allows employees to balance work and family life. -

offer training for management positions, share information at management and Health and Safety Committee meetings, and look for ways to improve various measures. -
