To meet the demands of outsourcing business in the life insurance industry, in addition to the conventional system integration know-how, it is necessary to establish a system unique to the outsourcing business, such as securing know-how and human resources to efficiently manage business operations.
Primagest started the outsourcing business in 2003, and in 2009, in order to further improve customer satisfaction, we established a new BPO project specialized unit that combines the system department and the outsourcing department.
