Solution Overview
We provide support for the streamlining of medical fee claim statement (receipt) examination and payment operations through the use of image data. Receipts that have been converted to image data are processed by character recognition, and then converted to highly accurate code data using image reference completion entry (key entry). Since the receipts that have been converted to image data can be freely retrieved together with the code data, they can be used as the infrastructure for new services for insurers, such as receipt disclosure with data images. In addition, we can also collect, utilize, and store images of forms other than receipts (e.g. prefecture-specific forms) according to your needs, making full use of our image solution technology cultivated over many years.

Our image scanner, workflow, form recognition technology, and key entry system, which can process duplicate receipts (with multiple connected sheets and sticky notes) in mixed formats, help to make administrative work paperless, improve data accuracy, and reduce costs.

By automatically displaying the target image in conjunction with the billing and payment system, the system enables direct display and correction of the image without handling the original receipt, helping to reduce administrative work costs.
In addition, the finalized image is automatically created and linked to the insurer's receipt management system or the insurer's image reference system.
