Three-Nine Capture (999Cap) is an image correction engine with advanced image
processing technology.
It achieves high character recognition rates regardless of the device used to image the forms
or the
image quality.
- Function to Improve Recognition Rate/Visibility of Form Images
- The system has advanced image processing functions to improve the recognition rate of form images that are converted to images using scanners and other devices. It has image processing functions and performance that are a grade higher than those of general devices, such as correction of image quality deterioration caused by scanner contamination, automatic top and bottom correction, and deletion and rotation correction of text and ruled lines, enabling appropriate processing of uneven forms and unclear images. As a result, it can contribute to achieving a high recognition rate as a system.
- Support for Multiple Devices and Multiple Recognition Engines
- In addition to smartphones and tablets, which require keystone correction, the system supports all types of input devices, including small- and medium-sized scanners, multifunction devices, and large scanners. It is possible to output multiple images optimized for each recognition engine at the same time, once the differences in characteristics and image quality of the input devices are corrected uniformly. These measures can dramatically improve the recognition rate of the entire system.

- Advanced Image Correction Improves Operational Efficiency and Reduces Costs
- By correcting images of forms output from any device and converting them to the most suitable image for the recognition engine used, the system improves the efficiency of business operations and reduces costs by improving the form identification rate and the character recognition rate for AI-OCR and other applications. In particular, there have been cases where a recognition rate of 99.9% has been achieved with minimal installation costs by combining conventional OCR and AI-OCR.
