- Tool that defines workflow processes. Also able to define work data and target process deadlines. Able to define business data with complex structures containing hundreds of items as well as execute high-performance workflows.

- Workflow Engine
- The engine component that controls the execution of workflow. Compatible with the latest RDB and capable of handling tens of thousands of processes per day.
- Document Management
- Manage images and other content used in workflows. Capable of working with JCR compliant content management products.
- Process Monitor
- Monitor the number of items being processed and the status of backlogs in each business process. the priority of items and overdue items are displayed, allowing you to locate overdue forms.

- Reporter
- Tool for understanding statistical information regarding the number of items processed as well as processing times. Capable of analyzing productivity though criteria such as number of items, shortest item processing time, longest time, average time, output variance, department, and operator unit.

- Rule Configuration and Rule Engine Linking
- IPM enables automation of processing by setting up decision factors in business operations as rules. IPM also has the ability to link with other rule engines. To handle more complex business logic, IPM can be linked with IRM, which is highly functional.
