- In the workflow where the image of a form is visually recognized by human eyes, CervelloX can automate the recognition of the form. This product can be additionally installed in a system that has already been built on the operational workflow to expand the scope of automation. The AI-OCR function, which recognizes characters using AI, automatically recognizes typed text items that have been analyzed for layout and converts them into text data.
- Key-Value Specific Function Effectiveness: Linkage with Related Items, Reduction of Automated System Design Costs
- CervelloX can be used to automate the workflow of visually judging the items on a form image and linking the items to their values. In the case of a business environment where rule items are set in an existing system (e.g. master items are added on a case-by-case basis in an application), CervelloX will automatically link related items, eliminating the need to design the system every time a new rule is created. CervelloX eliminates the need to design the system every time a new rule arises.
- Layout Analysis Function: Structure (Composition) Analysis of Images of Forms with Regular and Irregular Layouts
- Form images that can be recognized by a computer, such as jpeg and png, are recognized by three-step process- (1) Identification of the area described in the form (Table layout), (2) Identification of items existing in each area (Cells layout) (3) Identification of the character string existing in each item (character string area); this function automatically identifies the location information of the target item to be recognized. Since the technology used in the identification function is based on the DNN (Deep Neural Network) algorithm, it can analyze both standard forms (forms with fixed target item locations) and atypical forms (forms with target items in various locations).
- Key-Value Identification Function: Identification of Items (Keys) and Their Values in Form Images with Both Standardized and Non-standardized Layouts
- The AI determines the relevance of each item (Key) and value in the image of the form imported into the computer, and automatically links them together. Since this function also receives the effect of the "layout analysis function" described above, it can handle both standardized and non-standardized forms.
