- Scan the Whole Passport Identification Page
- Since OCR (character recognition) of MRZ and reading of IC chip data can be
performed at once, strict identification can be performed.
*MRZ is a code printed on the bottom of the identification page to be read by the machine. - 01
- Convenient A6 Size with no Cover Removal Required
- The scanner can scan a passport with its cover still on.
It can also be used as a scanner for documents other than passports up to A6 size. - 02
- Smooth Integration with Databases
- Automatically output the reading result as a highly compatible CSV file.
Reduces input work and streamlines history search. Further cooperation is possible with the API. - 03
- Scan Function
- The entire surface of the identification page of a passport can be scanned.
In addition to normal scanning, the scanner can also scan with infrared and ultraviolet light.
- MRZ OCR (Character Recognition) Function Double-sided Scanning and OCR Function
- It is possible to automatically detect the MRZ portion of a scanned image, convert it to text information, and record it.
- IC Chip Communication Function (E-Passport Compatible)
- It can read the personal information and face photo stored in the IC chip of an IC passport (e-passport). In addition to BAC, the communication method is compatible with the SAC standard, which is expected to be widely used in the future and has a high level of security.
