Our flagship model image scanner capable of processing a high volume of mixed
forms at an extremely fast rate (600 A4 size sheets per minute).
Unique technology enables the world's fastest speed/high-resolution scanner. The open-track
structure prevents damage to forms and provides superior operability.
Equipped with in-house made high brightness LED lighting and an in-house made high-speed,
high-precision camera, enabling the acquisition of images with a resolution as high as 300 DPI.
Also employs the latest image processing technology, which dramatically improves the OCR recognition
rate.

Usage
- High Versatility: Open-track Structure that Enables Imaging Processing of a Wide Variety of Forms in Any Paper Type and Size Mixed Together
- The open-track conveyance structure with air absorption from its surface enables conveyance of a variety of forms without damaging them. In addition, between 1 to 48 pocket options can be selected depending on the business, application, and purpose. (When 2 or more pockets are selected, they are used for classification, load distribution, etc.)

- Labor/Equipment Saving: High-precision Image Capture and Recognition Engine for Maximum Manual Input Reduction
- The camera, optical structure, and LED illumination designed in-house enable high-precision image capturing. High-precision images also lead to higher OCR recognition rates, thus minimizing the need for manual input personnel/equipment.

- High Efficiency: Ultra-high Speed Conveyance Image Processing to Increase Imaging Efficiency
- Due to being capable of image processing at high speeds up to 600 sheets per minute (A4 form equivalents), imaging processing time can be reduced.

- Inkjet printer option
- Using an inkjet printer, printing is possible on the front side prior to imaging, the front side following imaging, and the back side following imaging.
- MICR Reader option
- Capable of reading magnetically printed OCR characters (E-13B font).
- Barcode recognition option (software recognition)
- Capable of recognizing ID/QR codes in real time
- Stealth printing option
- Enables the use of invisible ink for numbering and QR code printing without
dirtying forms.
Additionally, real time recognition is possible when printing QR codes.
- Coderec recognition option
- Allows real time character recognition (alphanumeric characters).
- ScanPlus option
- Allows for real time quality checking of images, and detection of unusable images such as soiled images or images with damaged corners.
- High-speed scanning option
- Allows for imaging at a resolution of 300DPI at processing rate of 450/600 sheets per minute.
- Classification pocket option
- Allows choosing from 1 pocket to a maximum of 48 classification pockets, depending on the nature of your business and the intended use.
- Custom support: Custom sealed letter （envelope) support
- Example of a custom modification: Allows recognition of QR codes captured through the address window film of sealed mail (envelopes).

- Form Variety/Size Mix Processing
- Forms of differing sizes can be mixed together and processed. (the difference between the largest and smallest form size should not exceed 50%)

*1 This is the maximum number of sheets processed per unit minute when A4 forms are fed
in the short direction and standard feed settings are used.
*2 There may be restrictions on the body and pocket specifications, etc., depending on
the paper quality and size of the forms. We recommend confirming in advance.
*3 Pressure-sensitive paper and recycled paper require processing test confirmation
work.
*4 Form thickness is for 55kg (64g㎡)continuous weight (A4). Pocket capacity for A3 is
1/2 the number of sheets of A4.
*5 Module to print before image acquisition. The number of printed digits, lines, and
character types must be confirmed in advance.
*6 Module to print after image acquisition. The number of printed digits, lines, and
character types must be confirmed in advance. (selectable front/back printing)
*7 With an inkjet printer, print quality varies depending on the paper quality. However,
it is not possible to print on glossy paper.
The number of digits and lines printed may be limited by the character size and device
settings, so prior confirmation is required.
Also, the density of inkjet printing changes depending on the transfer speed, so you
need to check it beforehand.
*8 Please inquire separately for recognition character types.
*9 Product does not include PC and monitor. Multiple pocket constructions are calculated
using 15 cm size pockets (pocket sizes and configurations vary).
*10 Gap control feeder feature optional.
*11 Barcode and QR printing on the reverse side especially requires confirmation of the
recognition rate.
*12 Stacker specifically sized for use with A3, A4 paper. Usable paper sizes are A5
portrait, transport, and up to A3.
*13 Form specifications for manual feed function are up to A4 landscape (short hand)
runs.
*14 The aspect ratio of forms that can be transported in short hand travel (landscape)
should be 1:2 or less. Otherwise, prior confirmation is required.
In addition, the form size check may not work correctly when processing mixed forms when
the minimum form size + 0.5 inches < maximum form size / 2.
*15 Please consult us in advance when implementing real-time recognition by software
in a sorter configuration. (Processing speed may be affected by conditions such as
form size, recognition area, and recognition method.)
*16 Maximum storage size in an MS pocket is A4 size portrait and landscape. However,
connection to IV20 can be added behind the conventional SS pocket (Example: Product
+ TM + SS pocket minimum 1 frame +MS pocket.)
