To fulfill this objective, Primagest aims to maintain strong relationships with customers and provide quick and reliable services at fair prices.
Primagest runs a unified call center that serves as a general service contact for customers. The center responds not only to notifications of system failure but also to any inquiry about support services, including how to operate the systems, inspection schedules, support service options, service charges, and product and technical information.
Phone calls and inquiries from customers are registered on the customer service information database and forwarded to the relevant sections. The sections then reply to ensure that useful information can be offered to customers.
This information is stored as customer opinions and actively used as quality data important to future services.

Support agreements

Primagest provides support services that satisfy customers in accordance with agreements to ensure that they can always easily use the systems.
