	I/PM Context I/PM Context provides the ECM function, enabling integrated storage, management and utilization of content in various data formats (code data, images and text files).
	I/PM Process I/PM Process provides the BPM (image workflow) function, enabling creation, management and control of workflow with GUI tools.
	I/PM Application Link I/PM Application Link provides a function that associates a host system or an ERP system with images from scanner or fax.
	I/PM Web In conjunction with I/PM Context, I/PM Web enables online search, reference to and updating of code data and images managed by I/PM Context. It also enables online processing of image workflow operations, together with I/PM Process.

Process Builder
The Process Builder is a powerful GUI tool that allows definitions of process maps, templates, processing of events, and screens, enabling the foundation of a workflow system to be established.

Process Monitor
The Process Monitor is a GUI tool that displays graphs showing the number of unprocessed items and completed processing for each operation in a workflow. It is also capable of outputting statistical information to screen, printer and file.

Profile Manager
Profile Manager is a GUI tool enabling advance registration of search criteria for items to process (packages). Search with registered criteria is conducted by the package management tool, providing confirmation of the content and status of the corresponding item.

Other Functions

Worklist
Worklist is a GUI tool that displays a tabulated list of items to be processed by a person in charge or system operator. Security function can be applied for displayed items under operational authority. The operator can select items from the displayed tabulated list to conduct processing according to the status of the item.

Inbox
Inbox displays a tabulated list of items being processed by each operator or forwarded to a specified operator. The operator can select items from the displayed list to conduct processing according to the status of the item.
Inbox also allows creation of new items.

Schedule Editor
Schedule Editor is a GUI tool that enables allocation of the actual number of operating days of the system in units of days, weeks and months and allocation of actual system operating hours. It also calculates how long an operation has remained unprocessed and operation deadlines, based on a set schedule, for efficient processing.

Tools for Batch Processing
Two utility services are provided for batch processing of items.
Process Injector newly adds, updates and moves items in the command file.
Process Transact creates new items by using the data (images or code data) registered and stored in the I/PM Context.

Package Management Tools
Items processed in a workflow are controlled and managed as packages. A selction of tools for managing these packages is provided.
Package Viewer displays the items and allows them to be operated.
Package Manager enables management and operation of the items. Package Bar executes registered search criteria and allows corresponding items to be obtained automatically.

Viewer Tools
A rich variety of viewers are provided to display various objects on client screens.
Form View displays automatically-generated VB screen. The Viewer displays more than 250 kinds of documents, including images and document files.
Map Viewer displays the Process Map.
